Hat's Hair dumps rise again! This time, with meshes by Helga, Peggy, Raon (well, one by Raon) and Flora of XM Sims. An East-Asia themed dump will happen after those hairs are posted to Garden of Shadows.

It's hair dump time again! Twenty-three hairs, which means twenty-three large Body Shop swatches. I'm still making swatches and naming hairs, so it shouldn't be long before I've got another dump of similar size ready to post.
